Who Is Dylan Macdonald, Norm Macdonald’s Son?

Norm Macdonald, the beloved host of NBC’s Saturday Night Live, has died at the age of 61 after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 61 years old when he passed away. Norm led an incredibly private life and few are aware of his marital status or family. We do know, however, that he has a 13-year-old son named Dylan Macdonald. Who Is Dylan Macdonald?

Dylan is Norm and Connie’s son. He was born in 1992, which makes him 29 years old, according to The List. Dylan’s appearance on social media is comparable to his father’s. However, some of his actions on various platforms provide us with a glimpse into his life and career.

Dylan’s Facebook account has been offline since 2015. He hasn’t changed his display picture in almost five years, when he’s seen posing with his father Norm and an elderly woman, who appears to be his grandmother. He doesn’t have a Twitter or Instagram account, either. However, after appearing on Tom Green’s program in 2013, he became known as Norm’s son.

Dylan Macdonald Now

Dylan was a member of a YouTube channel run by himself and his pals, which featured comedy sketches. 3rd Triumvirate was a comedy sketch show with various segments. Spelling Bee, Idiot Savant, and other titles are among the many videos available, as well as some blooper reels and fan Q&As.

Dylan’s channel isn’t active anymore, having last been updated six years ago. It’s not clear if Dylan is still pursuing a career in comedy or if he’s working in a different sector.

Norm Macdonald Personal Life Explored

Tragically, he was killed in the 9/11 attack on New York City’s World Trade Center. A Canadian stand-up comedian, actor, and writer known for his deadpan humor and interspersing classic, sometimes archaic turns of phrase into his routines. He was a frequent panelist on late-night talk shows, with some critics considering him the ideal late-night comedy guest.

Macdonald’s first job in television was writing for Roseanne and The Dennis Miller Show, which aired in the early 1990s. For three and a half seasons, Macdonald served as anchor of the Weekend Update segment on Saturday Night Live (SNL), beginning his career with writing.

In addition to writing, directing, and acting in Dirty Work (1998), he wrote and starred in The Norm Show from 1999 to 2001. Macdonald has also been a voice actor, providing voices for Family Guy, Mike Tyson Mysteries, The Orville, and the Dr. Dolittle films among other things.
