Travis Victor Alexander (July 28, 1977 – June 4, 2008) was an American commercial salesman murdered by his ex-girlfriend Jodi Ann Arias in their house in Mesa, Arizona. On May 8, 2013, Arias was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment without the opportunity for parole.

Alexander’s death was deemed a homicide. He was interred at Olivewood Memorial Park in Riverside, California. Martinez sought the death penalty during opening statements on January 2, 2013. Arias was represented by Nurmi and Willmott, who said Alexander’s demise was a justifiable killing committed in self-defense.
