The star married her partner, Nieku Manshadi, a pediatric dentist, at Hasbrouck House in Stone Ridge, New York to commemorate the first year of their relationship. The couple decided against waiting any longer and limited the wedding party to only 22 people per COVID-19 regulations while also ensuring they were vaccinated. While Lail was establishing her marriage, she says that it was an intuitive experience to plan the wedding during a period of stress. They didn’t have a clear vision for their special day, so she looked on Pinterest for inspiration, but everything came together when they booked the venue.
We didn’t have a strong vision, and it’s easy to become overwhelmed by possibility, so we just waited and listened for what felt good. The wedding revealed itself to us over time as more and more creatives became involved.”
Lail said that all of the wedding’s arrangements, from choosing the date to selecting the cake, were made based on Hasbrouck House’s suggestions and availability. The groom donned a dark navy suit from Freemans Sporting Club while the bride wore a bespoke Andrea Hawkes gown constructed of Marrocaine silk.
The bride and groom exchanged love letters during their first look before the ceremony. She suggested that other couples do the same, describing it as a wonderful method to come together before being carried away by the passion.
Lail and Neiku exchanged traditional and Baha’i vows in front of a floral arch, which “brought so much happiness to [her] ceremony,” as well as Dark and Diamond, the florist. The wedding playlist that Manshadi composed that she’s never stopped singing since was another part of their dream day.

Who Is Nieku Manshadi?
Manshadi always wanted to work in a job that would allow him to assist people, and he had an amazing dentist as a kid who inspired him to become one. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, completed a two-year pediatric dental residency at Boston University, and graduated with honors.
Working with youngsters is something he truly enjoys doing, and his goal is to make dental visits as pleasant for his young patients and their families as possible. His specialties include working with children who have special needs or anxiety, and administering oral conscious sedation for youngsters.
He is board-certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and he is authorized to treat people with specific needs and provide oral conscious sedation for those experiencing anxiety.
Manshadi also gives his services in areas where there are limited health care options; he’s traveled as far as Ecuador and the Philippines on these trips. He adores exploring other countries’ cuisines and cultures, as well as alpine skiing.
