Who is Rachel Wolfson?

Since 2016, Los Angeles-based Rachel Wolfson has been performing stand-up shows on the LA circuit. Rachel is the daughter of Nevada’s district attorney. Her father, who until recently was the city’s top prosecutor, is a judge in Las Vegas and her sister is an attorney.

Wolfson said she attempted to follow in their footsteps but ultimately decided against a legal career after claiming “none of it made sense.”

Wolfson began her comedy career online by creating her own meme page, Wolfie Memes, before moving on to stand-up and stage performances. She used to host her own cannabis-themed podcast series and has written several articles on the subject. Her Instagram following is almost 90,000 people.

Wolfson is the first female Jackass member

Jackass Forever sees the return of familiar faces, including Steve-O, Jason ‘Wee Man’ Acuña and Dave England. As well as the OG stars, Rachel Wolfson joins the Jackass clan as its first female member.

She was scouted through her Instagram as Jackass co-creator Johnny Knoxville previously admitted he was a fan of her page.

“It was an honour to be asked to join the cast, and it’s just crucial to demonstrate that women can feel pain as well as make people laugh,” she said of her ‘historical hire’ in AP News.
