Raheem Morris Career
Morris started coaching in the early 2000s and gained experience by working in different coaching positions at colleges. He worked hard and became skilled in his field, which got him noticed by NFL teams. This eventually led to his first chance at coaching in the professional league.
In 2002, Morris started working for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a defensive quality control coach. Because he was really good at coaching, he quickly moved up in the organization and became the head coach in 2009. This made him one of the youngest head coaches ever in NFL history, since he was only 32 years old.
