Activision formally debuted Season 2 on January 19, but owing to continuing Warzone issues, the release date was postponed by 12 days. Season 2 will be accessible February 14th, but this date is tentative. Despite the fact that several patches have been issued, Activision maintains that “more work” is required in this area. The extra time will be utilized to deliver “gameplay improvements, game balance (including weapon and equipment balancing), game stability, and bug fixes, as well as polish.” Most significant modifications are generally made available around 1 p.m. Eastern Time , so it’s probable that Season 2 will be accessible to play on February 14th.

A trailer for Season 2 has not yet been released, although one will most likely be published closer to the season’s premiere. Season 1 aired on December 9, with a preview being unveiled the day before on December 8. With that in mind, we may expect a Season 2 trailer to be released on February 13, 2022.

Call of Duty has often introduced new weapons in previous seasons, and while this is anticipated to continue in Season 2, at present no new weapons are necessary. The Vanguard integration added nearly 40 additional weapons to Warzone in December 2021, so most of us are still adjusting to the expanded possibilities. Despite that, Season 2 will likely feature four new firearms.

Aside from that, we’ll also get additional tale elements that tie all of the subplots together – not just in Warzone, but also in Vanguard. The next Operators will also be equipped with a unique ability that gives them new combat possibilities, according to The Game Awards. Furthermore, a recent leak has given us a sneak peek at the new Operators’ powers. JulesLeaks, a Twitter leaker, shared images of three new Operators, one of whom appears to be like Awoken from Season 1 but clad in a ghillie suit.

Let’s hope that the Vanguard Zombies mode has a makeover, because it was sorely lacking at debut. Along with Season 2, Vanguard may benefit from additional 6v6 multiplayer maps.
