Yellowstone prequel series 1932 has been picked up by Paramount+. A prequel to Yellowstone titled 1932 was announced by Taylor Sheridan, the Yellowstone creator, back in February. Following on from 1883, which took viewers back to the beginnings of the Dutton family dynasty, Yellowstone would be a prequel to 1883.

As of now, there is no definite release date for 1932, but the movie will premiere in December 2022. 1932 will also be exclusively available via Paramount+, like the first prequel 1883 and its spin-off, 6666.

Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford will star in 1932 under a landmark streaming deal announced by Paramount+.
Aside from her role as Queen Elizabeth II in the 2006 film, The Queen, Mirren was also well known for her roles as DCI Jane Tennison in Prime Suspect and Queen Elizabeth I in the miniseries.
Other than playing Han Solo in Star Wars, Rick Deckard in Blade Runner, and Indiana Jones in the Indiana Jones franchise, Ford is also known for playing Indiana Jones. Ford’s first major role on television will be in Apple TV+’s upcoming comedy series Shrinking. This will be Ford’s first major role on television thus far.

As a direct result of a significant drop in stock prices in the United States, the globe was experiencing the Great Depression at the same time that Prohibition was repeated. It continued until 1939 and had catastrophic socioeconomic ramifications.
