Ant Anstead filed for full custody of Hudson, 2
On April 28, 2022, People Magazine reported that Ant Anstead, TV star and current presenter of Celebrity IOU Joyride, had applied for complete custody of his son Hudson. He claims to have been the “primary parent” of Hudson and accuses Christina of spending an “average of 9 full days each month over the last 20 months,” as well as an “average of 7 full days per month in 2022.”
Christina should get equal time with her other children, including son Hudson, 2. Christina also requests that her custody schedule be changed to “alternating weekends, Friday at 4:00 p.m. through Sunday at 6:00 p.m., beginning May 6, 2022, in California only, and except for holidays,” according to the filing. The schedule change is said to be made because it gives Christina an equal amount of time with Hudson as she spends with her other kids; daughter Brayden James, 6, and son Taylor Reese 11 years old who she shares with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa
The petitioner requested an order “restraining both Christina (and me) from using Hudson or Hudson’s likeness or image in any commercial endeavor, social media paid promotion, television or streaming program, or which may otherwise commodify Hudson without the express advanced written consent of both parents in writing.” During March 2022, according to Halpern, Christina used Hudson in “paid advertisements to promote goods.”

Christina, who is a mother of three and one of the most followed people on Instagram, responded to Ant’s accusations by saying: “What Ant is doing has absolutely saddened me. If this was truly about Hudson, as he claims, it should have been handled immediately through a private judge or mediation, as myself and my counsel have repeatedly suggested.” She adds that she has had her share of ups and downs but that she is a great mother and adores her children with all her heart.
Since their divorce in July 2021, Christina and Ant have shared joint legal and physical custody of Hudson. The pair married in 2018, but by September 2020, they had broken up. Both parties have since moved on to other relationships, with Christina getting engaged to real estate agent Josh Hall and Ant dating actress Renée Zellweger.
Ant Anstead filed for full custody of Hudson
On April 29, 2022, People Magazine quotes a judge as saying that he did not believe Ant’s emergency request for full custody because she had failed to establish “critical” circumstances in which immediate full custody was required and to give Christina adequate notice. Christina and Ant are set to appear in court on June 28 for a hearing regarding their child custody arrangement. Following the initial allegations, Martin released a statement through his legal representatives.
“We are certain that once all of the facts are revealed, it will be clear that there was no basis to these claims,” they stated. Christine filed her own complaint in April 2019, claiming that Martin’s viewpoint is “substantially different” from the agreed-upon strategy. He tried to mislead the court when confronted with genuine information. On April 28, Christine uploaded a strange Instagram quotation implying a “narcissistic” person who can’t manage her any longer. On June 28, a decision will be made by the court. On that day, fans will have to wait and see what happens.
