Sidnie Waller Case Explained

According to Pippa Cunningham, a Deputy District Attorney with the District Attorney’s Office, she was under the influence of alcohol and Xanax when she drove her vehicle to Tecolote Creek. Waller died in hospital after sustaining severe injuries. On Thursday, Cunningham said that Jenny was able to flee but that her companion drowned. He also stated that investigators discovered additional evidence on Xavier’s phone indicating that she had been involved in other accidents while impaired by drugs or alcohol.

Xavier’s attorney, Joel Bailey, called the event a “terrible tragic incident.” He stated, however, that he thinks prosecutors charged his client incorrectly. Xavier was reportedly at two Pacific Beach bars within hours of the accident, according to California Highway Patrol records.
