Origin of the meme
The commercial is an updated version of a 1982 Folgers commercial in which “Peter” comes home to find his toddler sister. The updated version with the brother and sister closer in age debuted over the 2009 holidays. The uncut advertisement has over 1.2 million YouTube views, in December 14, 2016.
