Go Team! is a Spanish workplace comedy that turns an ordinary team-building trip into a fight for survival. Who Wins the Final Competition?
The final challenge is a demanding race involving cycling, kayaking, and running.
Olga enters the final round as one of the strongest contenders, but her lack of kayaking ability becomes a major problem. She also spends much of the competition trying to hurt the chances of the other employees.
In the end, Domingo surprisingly wins the final race.
His victory is ironic because winning the competition does not give him the reward he expected. By this point, the entire system created by Pepa has begun to fall apart.

Who Becomes the New CEO of Tío Mochales?
This is the biggest twist in the ending.
For most of the movie, Olga appears to be the person who could become the next CEO. Pepa has already suggested that Olga could take over after the company changes hands.
Marco also wants the position, but his plan falls apart after Olga’s fake job offer causes him to resign.
Domingo wins the final competition, but he was never really the person being considered for the CEO position.

Pepa is removed as CEO, and Laura becomes the new CEO of Tío Mochales.

Does Pepa Get Fired?
Yes. Pepa loses her position as CEO.
Her management style is one of the main targets of the film. She talks about teamwork and treats the company as if it were a family, but she creates an environment where employees are constantly afraid of losing their jobs.
The irony is that her own team-building exercise destroys the trust between the employees.
Instead of making the workers stronger as a group, it encourages them to betray each other.

Laura does not want to run the company through fear. Her goal is to keep the employees and create a healthier workplace.
Domingo’s victory also becomes less important than he expected because the competition itself turns out to have been based on a flawed system.

What Happens to Marco and Sergio?
Marco and Sergio’s relationship is another important part of the story.
The two have feelings for each other, but their workplace relationship is complicated because Marco is Sergio’s manager. Marco initially worries that being together could damage both of their careers.
During the retreat, they secretly become involved. But their relationship becomes public after Domingo reveals the affair.
Later, Marco tries to convince Sergio to leave the company with him. Sergio does not immediately agree because leaving a job is much riskier for him than it is for Marco.
After Laura takes over, Marco realizes that being a manager is not necessarily what he wants anymore. He asks Laura for a demotion.
